Returns:

We provide a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE (see exceptions below). 

************Exceptions to the 30 day return policy***************

Glassware - Breakage due to shipping must be reported within 10 business day of receipt.  Please contact us via email at support@onlinecellardoor.com and provide a picture of the damaged glassware.  We will then ship a replacement for the damaged glassware.  Glassware returns not due to shipping breakage, still falls under the 30 day money back plan.

Customized/Personalized Items - Customized products are NOT returnable unless due to quality and workmanship.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return meets the eligibility stated above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it, send us an email at support@onlinecellardoor.com and we will do all we can to accommodate you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
